Like these:

I can only seem to find them on US Ebay.
Alternatively, does anyone know where I can get similar toe clips (plastic, not metal) that will fit? I can't seem to find them anywhere. I'm not fussed about manufacturer/colour, just as long as they fit. I just need the clips and straps, not the actual pedals.
thanks!

hello you lovely people.
I need to change the chain, cassette/cogs AND the gear cable on my bike. It might just be the cable that needs changing but I'm pretty sure the rest can do with updating as well. Is it worth doing myself or shall I just get the bike shop to do it for me? It doesn't look that hard but I haven't got any specialist tools and I've never done it before. How much would a shop usually charge for this? I'm loathe to take the bike in cos it normally comes out with more problems than when it went in - the bike is a 90s road number and the little tykes in the shops don't know how to treat it properly.
Any suggestions on a nice bike shop somewhere near Dalston?
I've read lots on it but can't decide if I'm going to end up spending loads of money on something I can't do properly.
(Sorry,I'm re-posting this as I get the feeling no-one reads the mechanics page.)
many thanks.

this is all really helpful guys.
one last thing, my current tyres have got a snazzy blue and white trim that i'm a bit loathe to lose. am i totally insane to go for style over content?
also, no idea what the van damme picture means, but i'm glad this board clearly isnt massively serious. i find it hard to be serious...unless i'm discussing tyres. right guys?

this is my first ever post on here, so be gentle with me. and please dont use too much jargon, I'm no pro cyclist.
ok, so, I need to buy some new tyres (700x23) for my bike. Evans tried to sell me some Armadillos...twice...but I'm pretty sure I dont want them. At the moment I've got some Hutchinson somethings on there. They are pretty worn, warped and frayed, but they seem to look better than whatever these Armadillo things are. So, I'm looking for some tyres that:
are puncture proof
wont slow me down
cost around £20-£30 (although really I have no idea what I should be paying)???
dont look rubbishShould I be sacking off Evans full stop? I dont like the people in any of their shops but I do have a £50 voucher. Is it worth going to my nice local bike shops to get some better service? Or are these Armadillos the way forward?
please help.

Stolen From Stoke Newington :(
My Bianchi Mega X Pro got nicked from literally under my nose in the middle of the day last week. It was very temporarily locked up outside my ground floor, very exposed, open window while I was basically two metres away from it (I didn't see anything). Don't hold out much hope of seeing it again but posting here anyway. Any help gratefully accepted.
Sorry for the crappy photo.
