I've got a similar age Holdsworth and have been looking at the lugs on Nik's site for a while working out that my bike is a Cyclone.. I think you have a early 50's Tornado - which went out of production in in 1955 - it has similar "ornate" lugs but they are shorter than those on the Cyclone..
I paid £120 for my Cyclone - as a "working bike" but really only for the frame and original wheels, the rest of the kit had been replaced with pretty crud low end bits and I'm slowly working through upgrading (as pocket money allows).
Hope this helps!
