its a pivitol seat, there an alan key bolt in that hole its how it attacthes to the seat post- completley different design to a railed seat.

the axles measured about 17mm either side, if thats too short they can easily and cheaply e replaced

what do you mean by spacing? i just put 2 washers in so it fits perfect in my reynolds 501 frame

both wheels are an unknown make, they are both true and smooth. the rear wheel has been converted into a 16t singlespeed freewheel. i also have a pair of gloss black reynolds forks. collection from norwich or can post for extra cost
