Took some photos on film for the first time in maybe 15 years.

Not sure I've got the hang of it yet, in particular metering for different parts of the frame - most of these were shot on fairly overcast days but they look bright enough to me, perhaps they're overexposed?

Has anyone here replaced a Crosscheck fork for something with more offset?

I've seen it discussed on other forums, but never seems to be followed up with details after the fact.

I'd like to avoid some of the toe overlap and have it feel a bit less twitchy.

Suggestions for a suitable fork also welcome - there are a couple of Thorn options, but I'm not sure +10mm offset over the CC fork will make enough difference. Other option is Soma Champs Elysee fork which is horribly expensive and horribly chrome.

Selling the Maurice I built a while back - it's too small for me and never gets used, should make someone a solid beater or commuter.

Frame is 58" square, 4130, couple of nicks but no damage - orange decals are taped over but still there.
Stock cane creek headset and stem, ITM bars, Fizik tape, crosstop lever and BRS100 front brake, messenger crankset (48T), Halo wheelset (aerotrack rear, aerorage front) and rear cog (16T), rear tyre is a twin rail courier (worn) and front is a Conti 4-seasons (good nick). Selling without saddle and pedals. Will sell NJS tensioners separately. Bike is near Liverpool/Manchester - happy to meet up or can get quotes for posting. Will clean before sale. £200.

I went 105 as I'm used to the feel of Sora hoods - so far it's very good indeed. I tried Rival only for about 5 minutes so not long enough to get used to the shifting properly, but don't remember it being very tricky - decided to stick with what I know for ease.
