I recently switched to a Cube Nuroad with factory dynamo, including the essential rear stand light. Wouldn't go back to battery lights apart from a good Exposure or Leyzyne rear light to supplement.

There should be 2 points of adjustment for a cable clutch - yes, have a go with the top adjuster but you should also have an option at the engine - you can probably get a manual for your model off the net and guidance on Youtube.

Have a look at the crazyguyonabike Morocco stuff - brush up on your French - it will be cold in the High Atlas - should be OK with the veg stuff - careful getting out of Marrakech. Tis a great country, drivers can be tricky.

I love ZR7's great choice - just loosen clamps bolts and move - as long as it's not too far you shouldn't get problems with tight cables - do check. Get the right torque's in when you retighten clamp - tis pretty important - happy motoring !
