Someone broke into my house near Denmark Hill last night and stole my much loved Motobecane. They also knicked a friend's laptop with her Masters' dissertation on it. Not backed up. So I suppose I got off lightly...

Still, if anyone sees that'd be awesome. It's got a brand new pair of wheels with 105 hubs/Mavic Open Pro rims/ Gatorskins on since this photo was taken:

Hi all - trying to help my housemates sort some wheels - looking for two ladies' bikes that (roughly) fit the following:

1) ladies' / mixted / dutch frame
to fit 5"7
pref. 28 tyres (doesn't want road tyres)
cheap n' cheerful

2) ladies' road bike
to fit 5"4
something quite nice

My beloved fixie recently got nicked, and I've decided to switch to something with gears. But I still need something to ride to the pub. So... looking for a cheap SS/fixed hack. Under £150. I'm 5'9, so around 54-56cm.

Housemate also asked me to find him a bike. He's:
A) going to be doing at least 10 miles a day
B) pretty skint
So, he's looking for a reliable road bike, also for under £150. (I'm not going to hold my breath). He's around 5'10 / 5'11.
