Some update

Have had some problems with the ignition and after numerous of attempts to solve the problem I decided to invest in a new system, now a system without breaker point and other junk.
Now I have mounted a HPI CDI ignition system, in english that mean a bad ass race style ignition system.

Yesterday I tried to engrave for the first time. I freehanded a crazy fox/wolf thing on the transmission case on the Derny

almost done..

Busy in the workshop. Working on the motor at the moment. A puch maxi E50motor with a 45mm 70cc piston and a 20mm carb. First time working on a motor for me, really fun!! I'm doing all the classic tuning, porting, cutting the piston and so on. Hope to have it up and running in a couple of weeks.

Here are some pics of my on going Derny moped project. It started out as a Swedish postmans bike. It is going to be fitted with a 70cc Puch maxi engine.

Fantastic! I had a one of those with a Graveyard Product handlebar one it. Jesse Puente and Edgar Plascencia style!!

the Derny motor has arrived. A Puch Magnum from a mini cross bike.

have to say, I expected more carbon from you chrobin....

All the carbon will be behind the Derny this time..

I ride without socks, but only because Hoy and Boardman does. So no real answer or reason...

A friend painted my name and a mascot on the Obree bike.

New bottom bracket with with ceramic bearings. And now the bearing cups are intergrated into the frame.

New alloy chain ring bolts from Royce

Some last minute preparations for my trip to Manchester on Wednesday. If anyone want's to se me get humiliated on the track by the big man himself Graeme Obree you are more then welcome to come the velodrome. We will probably do some 4000m racing on strange homebuilt bikes.
