I'm currently without employment so buying one bike to cannibalise and a frame may be a bit tricky (although I had considered it previously) basically, I think if I can get a second hand frame with headset, bb and cranks for about £100 I can do it

I have a carbon fork for it so just need the frame, they are £140 new now though (frame only), planning to use it for a spot of cross. I have a few bits to chuck at it (saddle bars tyres and fork) but that still leaves the pricier parts to find

^ Yeh watching that but as I have been offered a full bike for £200 (which fell through) and won one on ebay for £230 (with 2 sets of wheels) which never turned up I have been told by the boss I can spend no more than £250 on the full bike!

I have an early 90 claude butler (before they became shite) hand built (in the UK) reynolds frame and fork, I think its a 16" LX XT group mix. Needs some TLC (tyres, chain, cables bit of grease but nothing drastic).

I am after a pompino for cross this season preferably a medium. Cant stretch to anything too posh top of my budget is about £250 but for that I would need something that wouldn't need anything more than tyres and pedals. Also after a rear race blade (just need the main part as I have all the bits from the one I snapped in the spring)

Hey all, just a quick note to let you all know Peloton Magazine Issue 9 featuring two articles that I have illustrated is out now in WH Smiths, if they don't have it then they can get it in. It is a cracking magazine and I am not just saying that because my work is in there!

The pinch bolt on my rear caliper has just stripped the thread on the caliper so need a new one. Looking for one to match the rest of group so 600 tricolour single pivot rear caliper needed!
