The new RP. Not sure if it'll be open yet though. You can get in the White Post Lane entrance now, by the Crate.

This from the HighOnAir website:
"Baggage delays
In the case of baggage delay, the air carrier is liable for damage unless it took all reasonable measures to avoid the damage or it was impossible to take such measures. The liability for baggage delay is limited to 1,131 SDRs."
(http://www.ryanair.com/en/terms-and-conditions)Not sure what an SDR is, but call them and ask what you're entitled to - i.e. they should cover reasonable expenses, for example clothes/toiletries if yours are delayed bike hire (not the same as your own I know, but...). It might be like getting blood out of a stone but they have to do this. If they do give you any money now they'll subtract it from any compensation you get later though.
Document all of the inconvenience and extra expense they've put you through, write to them and demand compensation - be ready for it to be a frustrating process though... I used to work at BA in the lost baggage and complaints depts (getting bad flashbacks just typing this...) and it could take them a month to reply depending on how busy they were.
With delayed baggage, airlines are governed by the Montreal Convention, info here:

Anyone going to the TdF this year?
I'd like to do it cheaply; i.e. drive to bottom of main the next day's main climb, camp, wake up early and ride up, watch them go by, roll down back to the hire car, eat stuff, drink stuff, repeat. Maybe for 3-5 days of action. I've not decided on Pyrenees or Alps yet - fairly easy on that point although the action should be in the Pyrenees this year.... So:
If anyone has a space in their car for me and my bike and wants to spread the cost just PM me and we'll sort something.
---OR---
If anyone reading is interested in going in on a car etc please register your interest below, PM me and we'll begin to look into it. I drive but would probably prefer to share driving with someone.

Probably avoid crossing into Baluchistan if going through Iran.
