Thanks to dandy.... I've re-measured the frame. I've made a mistake (partly due to the fact that this frame from Ribble has 3.5cm of seat tube above the top tube.

So seat tube c-t 56cm, top tube c-c 56cm, head tube 13cm

I have a beautiful CIOCC steel frame with steel forks and stem. 53cm c-t seat tube, 53cm c-c top tube. I bought it from a previous owner for a project that never materialised. It has never been used but has some small scratches and a little damage to one of the decal letters. The bolt to secure the stem (11cm) to the handlebar is missing.

I'm looking for £99 and postage. Can be collected from Birmingham.
