I've got a black Kalloy Uno (one of these) if that's any use.
£5 collected from somewhere near central London, or I can post if needed.

It's not dangerous, only a problem if you need to service or replace the headset or you want to replace the stem (too long, short, etc).
i got a peugeot recently too, stems stuck in there too.. tried everything
i doesnt really bother me that much just dont like the finish on the metal, but i was wondering if its dangerous just to leave it stuck in there? are there any risks? -

^^ What flickwg said.
Plus, the integrated handle can be handy but it also prevents you from using a crank bolt to hold the tool securely on the BB, which is essential for difficult-to-remove BBs. I had to remove a chorus BB a couple of weeks ago and the bugger was stuck so hard there's no way I would have got it out without being able to use a crank bolt to hold the tool and hammer away on the spanner.

And you could do it yourself if you bought the tool. A cheapo model for £2.99

or something a bit better for £9.99

Absolutely. Or drops only (if you prefer) for a lovely longer distance commuting bike. Or even add some heavier duty tyres for a light-weight touring bike, hmmmm.....
Awe c'mon you guys! You're lacking vision....All it needs is some drops & nobblies and you got yourself a cheap, quality x bike for the winter season.

VeloSolo has some according to their web site:
Token Square Taper JIS or ISO Bottom Bracket
Just over half way down the page. They're the cheapest I've found for a new 103mm JIS.

I'm on the verge of buying one of these myself - pity it's not a 54. This is a bargain for somebody who needs a 50cm. Good luck with the sale.
