Hello,
I'd like to get shot of a steel framed, traditional road bike - I believe it is a Coventry Eagle.
Niceish frame for a conversion with a near new rear wheel and rear tyre - make me an offer around £100.
Obviously if £100 is ridiculous, tell me to fuck off, or at least tell me how much it is worth.

Reply here or email rwj.appleton@gmail.com if you're interested. It has been in the basement of my office (London Bridge) for 9 months and would need picking up from there.
Frame:
Reasonable condition with odd bits of surface rust and crap paint (light blue). Steel with nice lugs that could be picked out with a repaint. Size? I can measure if you're keen to know - I'm 5'10'' and it feels fine. I think it'd suit someone 5'10'' to 6'1/2, depending on what you do with the saddle and bars. Dropouts aren't horizontal - it used to be a geared road bike. Can take a close up pic if someone desperately wants one.
Wheels:
Front wheel - very tired, but is round and rotates. Not much more to report.
Back wheel - dirty, but really quite new. It has been ridden on in London for about 3 months max over a short commute. Branded 'quando'.
Tyres:
Front is shit. Back is a new bontrager that hasn't had much use. They're both flat.
Bars:
Covered in old crap tape. Sort of thing that godawful vintage shop over the road from Brick Lane bikes would call 'vintage'. Just old.
Brakes:
Old Diacompe levers. I think. Pretty wobbly, worn and useless.
It is currently running a reasonably small s/s freewheel rear cog, which is dirty but is pretty new. It still has the old crankset, with it running on the inside gear.
