@Rosmal would rather get rid of all games than just 5, it will be an arse to get rid of individually.

Haha my other pads have broken but you can get them off fleebay for about £5-10.

Might split if I cant sell as a unit.

In my experience there aren't many 1-bed or studios for that sort of cash in Hackney, that's more flat-share territory.

Might be worth giving gumtree a go though, a lot of private landlords look to rent there.

In my experience there isnt really a standar amount, best bet is to get in the ldn based job sites & have a look at similar roles.

Did my first fixed gear (longish distance) ride this weekend, LDN (Tower Bridge) to Brighton (roughly this route http://www.freewebs.com/cycleroutes/). Took about 6/7hrs but there was lots of stops, map checking & got lost a few times.

Overall was awesome and learnt a few lessons about gear ratio, orienteering & what I should be eating/drinking :P
