I bought these recently from the Levi’s outlet at Clark’s village for £58 over the £80 rrp main Levi’s stores.
They don’t really fit me, and I have bought them again in the size up.
I’ve only worn them around the house, and they haven’t been washed.

The purpose/intent was an SUV Dog Somerset cruiser
I live in the middle of nowhere, most of the locals lanes are shot, and have subsidence. It’s a bit nightmare in my daily Audi A4 B9.5 avant.
I’ve had it since end of January, and the only thing that has gone wrong, was after refuelling at the petrol station, it would struggle to start (replaced purge valve).
Touch wood, it’s actually been very reliable, and I think that’s down to me searching for a low owner, good history, good example.
MPG is appalling which is the only negative, and puts a downer on ownership.

Spot on with the v-brakes M739, I have got my setup nailed yet. So I am on the lookout for some M739 brakes.
New Billy Bonkers tyres fitted, which have helped with the soft sidewalls and a replacement alloy finish post for aesthetics.
Period cranks will come at a later point, as these sram cranks just work

Day 5
Stuttgart to Brugge
397 MilesRay : Bruges is a shithole.
Ken : Bruges is not a shithole.
Ray : Bruges is a shithole. One gay beer for my gay friend, one normal beer for me because I am normal
Big day of driving, we set off at 7:30am and arrived at 5pm. Belgium motorways are full of tailgating, no signalling nutters. It’s also dead straight so it’s easily to let the mind wonder.
We stayed right in the market square, had a few Trappists and ate at Ribs n Beer.

Day 4
Mercedes Benz Musuem
0 milesThis place is absolutely brilliant, you need a full day to see it al. We arrived at 10am and left and 4pm. Lunch was at Bistro, we both had the currywurst.
We walked 3.5miles each way to the museum and felt like we did the same inside. The evening was spent enjoying Sophie’s & Carls Brauhaus.

Day 3
Luxembourg to Stuggart and Porsche Musueun
215 milesLeft early in the fog and took the semi scenic route via Pirmasens. Utilised the Autobahn and got the Cayenne to 120mph, it really didn’t like it. 100mph I would say was the most comfortable max speed.
The Porsche museum was decent, quite small with nice food in the Boxenstopp Bistro. My brother had the 911 Carrera (schnitzel) and I had the zuffenhausen maultaschen.
The highlights for me was the 993 Turbo S, 968 CS and Green 930 turbo.
We sampled some lovely Helles at Sophie’s brauhus, took in a steak at Block House and finished off in the smoking restaurant of Paulaner

Somerset to Luxembourg, Stuggart & Brugge
Day 1 & 2
Somerset to Luxembourg via Walton
455milesSet off at 6am and headed to Walton to collect my brother, full up with a full tank and onwards to the channel tunnel.
Traverse through France (boring) towards Lille and Charleroi. Quick stop for a continental McDonald’s, Big Mac and Cheese samurai burger, delicious. Drop down to Arlon on the Luxembourg border. From here we picked up a scenic green michellin map route to Luxembourg for 2 nights, beautiful city but not a lot to do apart from sample the local the beer and eat good food.
