I'll offer £200 delivered, however I'm wondering if you have any sales feedback on ebay or another forum to make me feel a bit happier before I make a transfer?
Equally I could travel down this Saturday and pick the bike up for £170 cash? Or £190 if you can bring it up to London?
I can strongly vouch for Loctez

Looking for cheap parts for a rat bike/beater.
Frame was for 27 wheels and I am now using 700c, so long drop old calipers that look like this : http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/8/8d/Bicycle_brakes_-_animated.gif/300px-Bicycle_brakes_-_animated.gif are perfect. For the wheelset I am hoping to go fixed, but any 700c or 27inch wheels are great if they have a screw on hub.
I am located in Portsmouth which means I'm happy to fork out extra for postage - I also realise this inconvenience puts me out of the market with most people.
Thanks for reading!

Looking for a way to carry a rucksack (with laptop inside so needs to be of adequate width) on the bike - I guess front or rear basket but not sure of the pros and cons of each as a front basket might screw with handling? Also don't want anything too wide so that the bike can be stored effectively. On a student budget as well so looking to spend as little as poss

Thinking of using an old road frame that takes 27" wheels with 700c wheels and these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=390638553536 - think this could work for a budget sscx frame and forks? Rear brake clearance shouldn't be an issue - already checked... but the bottom bracket will be fairly low down compared to a true cx bike

I've got a couple of quill converters. What's the exact internal diameter of the fork steerer? I also have a Shimano external bb lh crank but in mtb flavour. It is high end though as it's hollow rather than concave.
I'm pretty sure the internal diameter is 22.2. How much would you be willing to let the converter (if it fits). I might be keen on the crank, depending on how odd it would look with the road setup, any idea on what you would want to sell that for as well? Cheers!

If anybody could help me out before I pay wiggle prices that would be great, I am looking for a build I am looking to get done in the next few days:
- A quill to ahead stem converter, for a threaded 1 inch to unthreaded 1 1/8th
- Downtube cable stops (go where the downtube shifters would go)
- An silver shimano 175mm external left hand crank
I live near Portsmouth.
Many thanks!!
