I been offered a track frame in 59. The tubing is Columbus SL. It is from the 80'. The seller doesn't know of the producer otherwise from it was build in Italy for the soviet nationalteam...The frame is without any paint and how can I be sure it is columbus SL tubing...?
I don't have any clue what a frame like this is worth?
