Judging by the overall condition it doesn't look like they've seen much use. The rims have no noticeable wear. Both wheels run true and spoke tension is good.
Axle length 120mm rear, 100mm front O.L.D.Thread for freewheel/sprocket is British standard so no issues there.
Ideal wheels for retro build or high spec singlespeed

Selling my Holdsworth Professional 1981 frame 24". Good looking racing frame, white with gold lug lining (very nice combo). Paint and decals all original - decals in good nick, paint a bit tatty, and a few marks from use - has been touched up in places but could easily be left as is. No dents, rust or any other issues.
Comes with original Forks and Campag Headset only. Beautiful, fast racing bike and only selling as have too many bikes and this one is a little bit big for me otherwise I would have definitely kept it (incidentally if someone has one of these or anything of interest in 23" I would be interested in swapping!)
Looking for £150 and based in South London if anyone wants to look or collect. PM me or even better drop me an email on julesbrincat@gmail.com if interested

Bought new a few weeks ago and ridden for a total of 30miles. Selling because I do not think its suits my bike!As new but has a slight scratch on the tip (pictured - but looks much worse with the camera flash - over time will blend in) and the rails have the marks from where I attached it to the bike.
Comes with box, tool, docs etc - collection in SE London, City or I can post
£45

I would be very grateful for some advice on my 1975 Holdsworth. It is currently a 5 speed and i am replacing the chainset to Campy Strada which has 2 chain rings. I have tried to remove the rear chainring but the bolts are not moving. i am just using an allen key but they are not budging at all.
My questions are:
1) I would have thought it should not be a problem to replace (providing I can get the bolts off)? Should i just have gone for a single chainring?
2) What can I do about removing the bolts?
3) It is a 52t which is larger than my exisiting one (not sure how big but it is smaller). what are the differences that I can expect?
Sorry about the basic questions as I have never touched my chainrings before.
Cheers

My brother was feeling flush, bought this, then emigrated leaving it with me. Too technical for me (prefer my Stumpy HT!) so I asked him if I should sell it.
This is pretty much a brand new 2010 Specialized Epic Comp and it has been ridden round the local park about 5 times and has never been off road properly!! It is a large frame (according to the Specialized sizing chart that is around a 20" - I am 5ft 11 and I think it could take someone a few inches shorter and a lot more inches taller than me) I have today removed the bell and the reflector from the handle bars. The only thing wrong is about three scratches to the handle bars and stem (photographed) that happened while it was being transported between houses. Oh and the white grips on the handles are inevitably a bit less than new white!!
Bicycle shops all sell this for £1999 so grab a bargain as looking for £1500 ono!!! It is pretty much brand new.
Available after 6 every day to see the bicycle in south London or can meet near my work near Monument in the City if anyone is interested in seeing it. You can call me (Jules) during normal hours on 07826519414 and if i do not answer please leave a message and i will ring you back.
