Keep pushing for an explanation. May be that they have wired the wrong mains supply numbers to the wrong meter numbers. Happened in my block when it was built with a few of the gas meters, took ages to sort out. Frankly I can't remember how it sorted itself out, so think I have typed all this rubbish in realising that I am being no help what so ever.

General relativity suggests that it would be the chap with the larger head.
Assuming the two heads have the same density, the larger head has a greater mass, and will exert a greater gravitational pull on the earth, leading to an greater relative velocity between the two as the rider falls.
The pinhead will probably float off into space, or something.
I am wondering if the situation changes if the head is simply an inflated ego. Friends tell me that is not uncommon in the cycling world......
