What size is it?

Certainly worth more unopened than in a glass....hold out for a buyer who wants a run of unopened bottles or something. don't open it and drink it. It's more of an ornament than a wine thing really.

87kg yesterday, 5'11" 47 ... hoping to get down to 80kgs by spring.

I've been boozing out of boredom, so have joined a gym - rather than open a bottle of wine I'll head out, even if I don't do a huge workout, something is better than nothing I hope.

I tend restrict my eating to an 8 hour window, roughly midday - 8pm, I'll be stricter on this and with a few more workouts (and 3 bike commutes a week) I'm hoping for 0.5-1kg off a week.

The old controller has Live and neutral, the Tado, COM & NO - do I connect the Live to the COM or the NO - I think it's the Live to COM...
If I get it wrong, it just won't turn off, right???

Has anyone got a spare front wheel knocking about they want to get rid of? Doesn't need to be anything special.

Price dropped to £375, which is less that I could get splitting this. The groupset and wheels & tyres have less than 100 miles on them and the frame, although with a fair bit of blistering under the paint is a cracker, light, stiff and fast.

I built this for my Dad some time ago, but it never really got used as he's a bit more for relaxed riding. Lightweight Aluminium race frame with Carbon front fork and rear triangle and a carbon seatpost. Good as new RS11 Wheels and Maxxis re-fuse tyres, 20 Speed Tiagra gears and brakes. Total bike weighs 9.5kgs. It's a Medium, 54cm frame.
There's a bit of corrosion under the paint from storage, but as it's Aluminum it won't be structural. Will probably end up splitting this as it might be a touch niche, so if there's any interest in the parts do let me know.

Accomodation in Freiburg is pretty affordable, and it's just all round a great place.

This small hotel is a 20 minute drive from Notscrei and is about £80 a night. https://kuehlerkrug.de/ - the food's amazing. (lots of international chains in town if that's still too much)

Went down to check out the Swancombe peninsula part at the weekend, really quite nice and well away from the traffic, but it think it would be a struggle on 23c -
