The seatpost has very light insertion marks. The saddle is in very good condition. If you buy both items together, that'll be £20.

Guys, this is on sale now. I have bought a similar one with the right size. It cost me £45 from Hilary Stone. So that is exactly what I want for it. If I have to post it to you within the UK, that'll be an extra £5.

Unfortunately, my frame takes in a 27.0 (My mechanic told me that it was a 27.2! Won't be going back to their shop again.) It is a beautiful seatpost with no major marks or scratches as you can see from the picture. I love this seatpost and am very sad to part with it.

I would like to swap it with a similar Campagnolo Record (or any other Campag) seatpost in 27.0 with engraved logo. It doesn't have to be aero, but must have Campagnolo logo engraving on it.

I will do a straight swap for Record, but for others, it will be a cash + seatpost deal, which we can negotiate using PMs.

Thanks for all the offers guys. I bought a beautiful Record seatpost from Hilary Stone only to find out that my frame takes in a 27.0 I made the mistake of believing the word of my local mechanic, who very confidently told me that my current seatpost is a 27.2. I will be starting a new thread here to sell/swap it.

Skully, thanks for the pictures. I know you mentioned the fluted grooves in your post earlier but in the pictures it doesn't look what I was expecting. I am currently waiting on Mr Cow to respond as he is getting some NOS ones soon. Also, I have PM'd yeahnerdz about the Athena post.

Nitto stem is gone too. Just the 3TTT stem and handlebars remain for only £15 pick up.

I have this groupset for sale which is in superb working order. The front & rear mech and the down tube levers are Shimano SIS. I am not sure about the era, but they were on a steel frame from the late eighties. The brakes and the crankset are also in excellent condition. Ideal for a retro bike project:
