Hi,
I'm looking for a preferably alloy disc road bike, something fast and sprightly but with mudguard mounts, something like Kinesis Racelight 4s or R2, sonder colibri or a more road orientated gravel bike. Size wise either a large or X large, I am 6ft2.
Preferably full build, a hydro groupset would be ace, anyone got anything? Could potentially swap or trade for a genesis equilibrium disc, pinnacle arkose or Cannondale caad7 optimo saeco, cheers!

A slightly eccentric 'shimergo' group set consisting of veloce shifters, a centaur compact crankset, Shimano rear mech and 8 speed cassette, which all runs very well together.
All in good condition. Will be sold with a different saddle, and without bags/bottle cages. Mudguards included
£500, collection Canterbury or could possibly meet in London

Is anyone selling a pair of good quality v brakes and v brake compatible drop bar levers? Finally giving up on the cantilevers on my tandem.
Preferably something like some deore v brakes, and if anyone has any nice quality levers that would be great. Though good value ones from tektro seem to be available new.
Cheers

@Noblebikes thanks for the recommendation, and the offer of the wheels. Probably not quite what I'm after, after getting adapters etc
And thank you @Po but I would be more after a matching pair ready to go

Hi everyone, I'm writing to see if anyone has experienced a similar injury to me. A year ago I tore my hamstring whilst cycling, which from a recent ultrasound appears to be a grade 2 tear. I probably did not take the injury serious at the beginning, and after resting for a short period carried on cycling.
After consistent pain I have been having physio since approx February, focusing on stretching, strengthing and massage. Symptoms improved but not hugely. I was able to ride gently throughout the summer without pain, but unfortunately damaged the hamstring again after a somewhat hilly 50 mile ride.
After rest and more physio, injury seems to have overall not improved since. Ultrasound has shown there is large amounts of scar tissue in the area, which is proving hard to break down. I have now stopped with even gentle rides.
Has anyone had a similar injury? It's been a year now and I feel like I'm making little progress, if any.
Thanks
60cm I'm pretty sure
