I'm confused, Brenda is LMA manager of the year, but Pulis is Premier League manager of the year

How does that work ?

Refreshing comments by Tony Pulis
Winger Thomas was booked in stoppage time for diving by referee Mike Dean and Pulis said striker Chamakh got away with a similar offence earlier in the match.
Pulis said: "They'll pay money for that. They will both be fined.
"It's a disease. It's one we're almost rid of but if people do it, they've got to be reminded it's not right."
-
Cool next time I see you I'll maui thai kick you in the thigh. Do NOT go rolling around.
I was the first to call LS out for being a cunt a long time ago but like, Brenda - for now- they've forced me to change my views slightly. I just wished peeps here would update themselves.
If anyone can tell me about multiple cheating issues from his this season please feel free to paste them.
^ This
When I watch Liverpool, I see Suarez getting regularly kicked to fuck, and not getting the decision. Every time (without exception), that he gets a penalty or a free kick, you can guarantee that the majority opposition response is to call him a cheating c**t, often I know its just a wind up, but just as often its self deluded crap, and its all getting a bit tedious.

The F.A. in getting off the fence shocker
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/25823368
OMG whatever next. So he is an anti-semite
Am I the only person who feels uneasy that everyone assumes that guilt is an inevitable consequence of being charged? I'm particularly uneasy that the FA are allowed to spend almost 3 weeks compiling a 34 page charge, and give the player just 3 days to respond to it?

Do you not remember the famous Everton side of '85?
You know the one, it's the one that no one ever talks about. Or remembers.I hate to be seen as supporting the shirt shirker, but that side was a fantastic side. I think the reason people don't talk about it is that it was in the days before the wall to wall TV coverage of the premiership, and even ( I think) before live football on TV at all. Also they missed out on the chance to show what they could do in Europe's main competition.
I don't agree that they were greater than the sum of their parts, I just think that players like Sheedy, Steven, Reid and Bracewell were massively underrated. Don't forget that once Robson had the changes of Robson and Wilkins forced on him, then Reid and Steven were key players in the team that promised so much in the '86 World Cup. Who knows what may have happened if Bracewell hadn't been injured, and Southall hadn't been Welsh (My inkling is that he could have out-jumped a midget)

Good one.
Not really, Pulis may be an ex legend to Stoke fans now, and yes he was more successful the second time, but there was no way he was a legend when he was appointed either time.
Also Kendal's second spell at Everton was nowhere near as good as his first.
Go on Danny Wilson, prove us all wrong!

No surprises for guessing who occupies the top spot:
http://www.ftbpro.com/posts/sam.sank/482848/the-top-10-all-time-worst-divers-in-football
Is it just me, but I don't class what Rivaldo did as diving.
There is a difference between
- Diving to get a free kick/penalty
- Play Acting to get someone sent off.
I think a yellow is the correct punishment for no. 1, but if the player trying to get someone sent off is betting a yellow for a red, then that doesn't seem an even contest.
- Diving to get a free kick/penalty

I note none of the Premiership clubs is unbeaten this season. Bit shit isn't it?
If you want real glory football take a look at Richard Money's undefeated Amber Army.
Here begins the greatest era in British football since the John Beck days. Four seasons, four promotions. Put £5 on it now.
H'mm probably took your post a bit too seriously, I'm off to the bookies first thing Monday.
I remember Richard Money being one of two bright young prospects signed by Liverpool along with Ian Rush, whatever happened to him?

Bit shit isn't it?
Why? I think we are in for an excellent season.
Every season without fail, you will hear "experts" slating the premiership for 1 of 2 reasons.
Either its a shoot out between 2 teams, and the "experts" say the overall quality is poor
Or there is no standout team, and the "experts" say ...
This year, I think there are a high number of quality teams that will all take points off each other, and I'm really enjoying it so far.

Based on what exactly? Would have loved to see the England that turned up against Italy early on having a go at Brazil.
