Hey hey,
I am moving out of London at the end of the month, so it’s time that my cheap bike finds a new house.
The bike has some rust and has spent a couple of nights outside. Frame is a pretty lightweight italian road frame, the front fork has been a little bent by previous owner, which makes it hard to ride no hands, other than that it’s completely fine!
If you are lucky enough to be a size 9, you can have the adidas shoes that i use with the pedals.
I am in the middle of so many things to organise for my move so didn’t have time to clean / grease her so she’s not looking her best...
**I am asking for £125, collection in N1
**
Here is a little break down of the bits:**the good stuff:
**
• aquila frame (pretty nice lugs) 57cm CTC square, quite rusted but can be cleaned / rejuvenated
• rolls saddle in OK condition (scratched and faded but feels quite good)
• halo rear wheel with new innertube (yay!)
• mavic Open 4 CD front rim on shimano rx100 hub with quick release
• campagnolo chainring / campagnolo daytona 170mm cranks
• shimano SPD pedals
the beater stuff:
• chain is rusted
• rear tire has lots of skid marks
• rest of the components is pretty standard, ask me if you need more info
I guess that’s it, feel free to comment / ask / negociate :-)

this raleigh "persuit" seems a bit dodgy right?
would totally buy it if it's legit as it's my size and my budget :-S

Ah to be honest waiting the whole week could be a problem as I leave the country in 10 days! Do you currently have a bike you could measure to get a more precise idea maybe? How tall are you?
Also it's not drilled and you would need other forks if you want a front brake (which is a bit of a shame for the poor frame :-)) -

hi,
**************** S O L D *****************
feeling very sad to post this, but i have to let go my beloved lo pro, as i'm leaving the country at the end of the month.
frameset has been made by rychtarski in the 80s from deda zero uno tubing with campagnolo dropouts front and rear.
seattube is 58 center to center and top tube is 59 actual which makes roughly 54-56 effective. seat angle is 76 and head is 78 with 23mm rake. bottom bracket height is very high at 29.5 cm of the ground.
few scratches and one ding on the top tube (pictured in the forest below!)comes with H+SON SL 42 on blb hubs, new continental tubes and gatorskins tyres
campagnolo BB, blb cranks+pedals+drop bars, zenith 50mm stem, stronglight chainring
thomson elite inline seatpost, san marco concor saddle, new cinelli bar tape
gearing is 48x18, the bike is very light and super responsive, a real pleasure to ride
i am asking for £450 the whole bike, not willing to split and you are very welcome to see and try it near london fields… thank you
