I would'nt have thought the majority of Fixies, cycling from Bethnal Green to Hoxton would even break into a sweat, let alone wear away the paint on the luminous pink chain.
Do they worry about the quality of Rapha's garment's, the wicking and waterproof properties ect or whether the colour matches the top tube?
Leprof wears Rapha on his 25 mile daily Condor fixie commute and swears by the quality. If it's good enough for him, it's good enough for me.
After the recent infamous crash his fixed shirt is in tatters, but the fixed shorts have stood up to a fair old slide along the road and could have saved Matt from more road rash.https://www.lfgss.com/thread41397-23.html

Popped up to pick up Matt's Moulton from the Rapha Club last night. Hardly a scratch on it.
Wish the same could be said of Matt. Boy, that nose looks sore.
Word to the wise. A helmet might mess up your hair and not look uber cool, but tarmac messes with the brain. In this case the kevlar has saved Matt's life.
Next time Matt, listen to your Mother. Never Go Sowf Of The River!!!!!
Out to Navestock tonight at 7.45pm. Only joking!
Get well soon.
40km decent and a tunnel is fantastic, but 4 or 5 tunnels are even better.
