About to build a pair of wheels, Hope pro 3's 28h front and rear on ambrosio excellights and deciding what spokes to go for. Hoping to keep it as light as possible and I weigh 70kg(hopefully less in the future) I'm thinking sapim lasers front and Non drive side and sapim race drive side as advised by this site http://www.dcrwheels.co.uk/custom-wheelsets/choosing-spokes-advice/ ......However I came across this conflicting advice from http://www.wheelsmith.co.uk/wheelinfo.htm saying lasers are'nt suitable for rear wheels at all. Could anyone shed some light on this, either through knowledge or experience
Much appreciated

http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Categories.aspx?CategoryID=1544 Pro ultimates and pro gels £10 and £12, ive got the ultimates and they were okay for the -3/-4 weather last week with liners, good dexterity too. Probably best suited to above 0 though.
Pro overshoes also on sale, decent

And do you ever ride through Chessington? I could swear I saw someone on a Casati, pretty memorable!

Roughly next year I should be doing a ride from john o groats to my sixth form in epsom to raise money for charity(cardiac risk in the young) or another to be decided.
I ride a fixed wheel which is fine for 50mile rides, ie london to brighton but I'm after a geared road bike for training throughout the winter and the actual ride.
Anything around a 54cm to fit a 5ft'9ish, roughly budget of £200 although could stretch.
Any offers greatly appreciated
