Your best bet is a steamer and some hand manipulation. A decent soak with a steamer makes the collar malleable and you can then shape it to your heart's desire. As it dries, it'll set in the position. Easiest way is to do so on a hanger. When we're not sold out, we sell these. They're great for travel but if the majority of your steaming will be at home, these guys from Morplan will do the trick.

Hello audiophiles. Please can you lend me your expertise? I am buying a speaker set up for a Pro-Ject Primary E turntable set up I'm slowly piecing together for my girlfriend. For the speaker side of things, I've been sent here.
I don't have a massive budget, so I'm looking to set up a really decent intro package. If I'm looking to spend £250 max, what would you recommend? I have been researching, but I'm not even sure what the best route is at my price point, ie amp + speakers or powered speakers.
For speaker + amp, my research would suggest the Dali Spektor 2, the Elac Debut B5.2, and Klipsch R-51M are all good options.
For the powered option, a lot of people seem to rate the Edifier R1280DB as a great budget option.
Would you endorse any of those? Or is there an option I haven't found!? Thank you very much in advance

Thank you all for your recommendations. I will do some hunting now.
@Airhead - are the 2020i in good condition? And what colour? Could well be interested in them!

Hi all. I'm back to tap into your collective knowledge. Having bought the Pro-ject Primary E turntable off the back of recommendations on here, I now need to buy amp + speakers to complete the set up. The speakers that were supposed to fulfil that job are not suitable for purpose.
So...would you recommend speakers w/ inbuilt amp or a set up with separate speakers and amp? If my budget was c£150-200. If that budget won't cover a half decent speaker/amp set up, I'd prefer to buy one of the two items.

Noted. We're filtering more of this into our content. By popular demand. Particularly to show off the free repairs aspect of what we do. There is (thankfully) fairly limited numbers of things coming in for repair but some of the very first batch we ever made have been through the mill and need some TLC. The shirt Pia is wearing in this pic has been worn religiously for nearly 4 years, including a 6 month trip through Africa during which it spend a lot of time being worn in the sand under a Toyota Landcruiser!

That's right yeh. The brand is Flax London. We're trying to change perceptions around linen - both the seasons it suits and the sort of people who wear it.
Very happy to answer basically any question on the fashion supply chain. One of the things we're fighting is the deliberate disconnect brands have traditionally created between consumers and the provenance of the clothes they buy.

In a traditional factory set up, it isn't just one person that makes a shirt. There are various stages assigned to different teams within the factory. Broadly speaking, it's broken down into: cutting, sewing, buttoning, pressing, and quality control/finishing.
That split across different teams makes tracking the hours puts into individual items tricky. Shirts are cut in batches for instance - anywhere up to 10 layers of fabric (and therefore 10 shirts) in one go. Under the machines, they're obviously done individually. My best guess is that each shirt takes about 1-1.5 hours across the various processes.
Bespoke shirts are cut individually, which is why they cost so much more. That, and the fact you're getting a bespoke pattern made and inevitably using very expensive fabrics.

Sorry to jump in as a total novice, but my GF has hinted that she would like a record player for Christmas and it's a bit of a minefield for the uninitiated. If my budget was c£200, can I realistically get something that will pass as a decent introduction to the world of vinyl? If so, I'm all ears to suggestions. Thank you in advance for sharing your wisdom!

@31trum Are you still making leather goods? My card wallet is now over 10 years old and looking better than ever. Started its life as a relatively light tan leather. Dark jeans and black cords have changed that!

Hey good people. I've got an LFGSS exclusive offer. We recently made a Limited Edition batch of Ink Blue Railway Jackets. Made in London using 15oz heavyweight canvas linen.
The reception has been really good and we've sold out of some sizes already. But we still have some in the smaller sizes. Given this is a cycling forum, I thought there might be some slimmer than average folk with discerning taste. Anyways, I've made a discount code that gets you 12.5% off. Average punters get a measly 10% on email sign up. I don't even need your email for this offer :)
I got this official Apple Silicon Case which is for the wrong iteration of my iPhone. It is in the Midnight colourway. The box is unopened. It retails for £49. Do I have any takers at £35? Shipping on me or collection in Camberwell.
