That is a very pretty bike. Too big for my hobbit sized frame, but definately bike porn worthy.

Pretty much as new Surly Steamroller forks in cream. Came with the 49cm frame and were test fitted but never ridden as I changed the forks for polo. One slight mark under under where the race will sit and a small mark on one of the transfers. Steerer tube is uncut and they are 1 1/8 ahead. Based in Sheffield so will need to post, £50.00 including recorded delivery. Message me if interested.

The more I read this thread the more I start to think maybe I need to make the investment in some decent head/face protection. At the moment I'm playing in a DJ style helmet. One of the issues that I have is helmets that work with glasses. I've found that helmets can wrap a little towards the front of the face and that this can cause the sides of my glasses to be pinched in making them rather uncomfortable or worse damaging the side arms on my glasses. Any suggestions on what might work? I'm very budget limited so cheaper the better. Ideally I'd get some serious sport glasses but that's just not an option at the moment.

I retro fitted a cricket cage to my helmet to create a face cage from a similar DJ job. Cheap to do and only takes a bit of drilling and a few bolts. I've seen the cage attached by zip ties too.

Tristan's bike above was finished on Friday, so late that he actually missed his train and had to come down early Saturday. Not quite the finished article as still needs to be cleaned up, but he was stoked with it. It's a work of oddity and made up of a Neil Orell low pro and at least 1 or 2 other bikes, but he was loving it. Amazingly short wheel base and turns on a dime.

Red. I'm sure we can work something out as Soyo are playing at the open.
