EDIT: REMOVED FROM SALE.
Charge Plug single speed, powder coated in hi gloss bronze metallic. 56cm seat tube ctc, 55cm top tube ctc. 120mm rear end, 27.2mm seatpost, 1” steerer.
Bought as a frame and forks then had it shot blasted and powder coated. A mix of new and used parts to build it up. I’ll try and list everything.
Surly hubs on Alex rims, sealed bearings, flip flop hub, Sturmey Archer 21 tooth freewheel. (New)
Genetic seatpost. (New)
Alloy bull horn bars, Brooks Cambium bar tape, Nitto bar end plugs. Tange headset. (All new). Charge quill stem (used).
Dia Compe Goldfinger brake levers, Miche long drop callipers, Fat Knacker cable set, Dia Compe hose clips. (All new)
Stronglight crank set, 170mm crank length, 144bcd, with a Stronglight 48t chain ring, (used but in good nick). Stronglight chainring bolts, crank bolts, and bottom bracket. KMC track chain. (All new)
Surly Tuggnutt, (used).
Continental Contact Sport 622 x 32 tyres, loads of tread but starting to perish.
I also have a Dicta 18t freewheel with a Taya track chain cut to length. And a brand new Sturmey Archer 22t freewheel.
No pedals.
The seatpost is very firm in the frame, not corroded or stuck, but will scratch the surface if it’s pulled out. I’m 6’4” with 33” inside leg, long body and arms, the bike as is fits well.
Now fitted with a new Genesis “Spoon” shaped saddle.
I know it’s not cheap but it’s lovely.
Pick up prefered, deepest, darkest Herefordshire, but will post at cost.

The plastic spacing bush that sits between inner bearing surface & crank axle are often made of shit grade plastic. What happens over time is the oil/ grease/ anti-seize that you have pasted your axle in, have infact, been swallowed up by the plastic bush and swell onto the axle.
Older suspension forks used to do the same thing, the very oil thats meant to lubricate & damp them, actually made all the plastic components swell up and seize, jokes eh!
Get a shimano XT or ultegra grade EXT BB or try and find one of the higher end RaceFace or Hope ceramic or stainless bearing BB's. They will last a proper amount of time, though you pay for that, just like anything. Some EXT BB's don't have the plastic spacer, just axle > bearing surface, but obviously, in England, not a great idea.
Also can't stress enough how important facing the BB shell is. Essentially if you don't get it done*, expect trouble, nothing less.
*and done by someone who knows what they are doingThat about sums it up.
I've run a Hope SS BB and Race Face Cadence cranks for over 12 months and 4000 miles. Still smooth and silky like new.
BigXTop hip pouch for sale.
Black Cordora outer, white tarp lined inner. A couple of tiny marks on the inside, but I’m being picky.
Zipped pocket, key loop, Mini pump elastic loops, I’ve managed to get a D-lock around it and held secure. Lovely pouch from an early manufacturing run.
Even has the original vinyl sticker!
Measures 18cm x 15cm x 5cm.
£25 posted in the UK. I’m not in that there London.
