Me and my friend are going to restore and convert an old vecchietti roadie, its in pretty good nick only surface rust really,its a fair age as his dad has had it about 20/30 years and he got it second hand, got some nice lug work on it. We cant find anything about any vecchietti bikes and would like to know if anyone knew anything about them.

I'm just doing a theoretical build but being new to fixed I'm unsure what bmx cranks will and wont work, because of the bb cup fittings I wasn't sure of how the bb would fit.

fair comments, I mean koxx make decent quality parts, Ive found it for 349 euro plus P&P so I thought it was worth a look.

I have the possibility of picking up one for about £330, but as koxx are more traditionally trials bikes what do you lot think?

try and find a private company, as they are usually more open to deals as they know how much they can take off and still make a profit and also want all the trade they can get.

get rid of the green and just keep it to blue, white and black and it would be a schweet build
