I know about the seat post bolt hangers, I was just curious as I have never seen this type of braze on, and was wondering what the purpose was.
The treaded caple stop in the picture I fished out of a parts bin at the local bike co-op. Washer and nut aren't pictured, I took it off for the picture. It doesn't fit all too great even after I filed down another washer for the front to fit.
I hadn't looked at the mounts closely and was expecting something like this.

I have this Bob Jackson touring bike that I am currently trying to fix up as a Randonneur/light touring bike. Previous owner had it set up with Ahead adapter, flat bars, XT levers and V-brakes.
I am trying to convert it to a drop bar setup with cantilever brakes. However, the rear canti holder looks like nothing I have ever seen before. I have googled and couldn't find a similar frame from Bob Jackson anywhere, the World Tour has a standard rear canti mount.
Does anybody know how to fix a cantilever cable stop on this type of braze on? Is there a specific part I need? Pictures are below.
I built a temporary fix with some odd parts (seen in the picture), but it is not staying in place well and scratching the paint.

For sale is a Merckx Corsa Extra road bike. Has been a relatives but doesn't fit me quite right. I want to build up a Cross Check lightweight tourer, and I need the place and money, so this has to go.
Columbus SLX frame, still has sticker of bike shop that originally assembled it. Frame number indicates this is a professional frame and was built in 1986/1987. Chorus groupset except the crankset which is victoria I think.
Size is 56 c-c square.
A white dolphin saddle is included but not shown in the pictures.
The bike is in great condition, but has obviously been ridden and wasn't kept just for show. However, it has not been used for years (probably over a decade) now. It has not been cleaned for the pictures (or at all in years). The scratches on the back right chainstay are the only serious ones on the frame. I have tried to capture everything but if you want more pictures of something let me know. Needs new bar tape, tires and a bit of polish, but I'd rather part with it as it is for a bit less than doing that myself.
The bike ships from Germany. I am looking for £500
£550£630(including shipping), but I will entertain reasonable offers. If this is completely unreasonable let me know, I have not been following sales for ages. Bike will be well packaged, I have everything ready. Looking to get rid of this before christmas, maybe somebody recognizes his ideal present.Pictures are here https://imgur.com/a/lk9Uw and here https://imgur.com/a/xRJAz (added pictures of pedals and hubs).

It's a French or Swiss brand if I remember correctly. I can check on Monday if you are interested. I was restoring an old French frame and looked quite some time for a bottom bracket. I'd let go of it for how much I paid (about £25 I think).
But rethreading is probably the better option if you want a modern group. I did the same in the end.
