Thats a lovely frame. Big fan of Singular here. 3 swifts, an OG Nevi Ti pegasus (lols), a Puffin and a Rooster down the years.
At your height, not only bar reach but also height might want to consider. Ritchey Kyotes a good consideration as one of few bars where hand position is in front of stem/bar. Also have a good sweep to be comfy.
Sam has designed the latest Singular frames following the Surly way, so they are mid way between being long enough for flat bars, high enough for drop bars.
Whatbars.com a good resource to check.Looking forward to following this build

Various 104 chainrings for the M770s (Maybe Chain as well)
10 speed Deore shifter & mech, cable & SP41 outer
Pair of new SRAM Level T brakes (one lever is leaking, anyone any good at rebuilding them, actually can probably warranty them?)

I just think British Cycling could have been much more nuanced and supportive in their communication in their ruling on how they were going to support all cyclists whilst this is being sorted out. But thats pretty obviously not how they roll. They just seem to serve themselves for the sake of medals. hmmmm.
Also there are references above on how all people are included in grass routes competitive riding. It would be good to have further insight on that, so that maybe people who are affected, who are reading this, feel less excluded and learn how they can participate.

I think everyone needs to be a bit less "Frothy" here and talk it out civilly as we are all finding our feet. The language seems to get weaponised very quickly. Sorry to point out the obvious, but I am reading this trying to get my head round it and it doesnt help. There doesnt seem to be any winners here.
British Medals, sorry British Cycling, didnt say in their announcement how many Trans-Women racers are effected, also how many Cis-Women had complained. To my mind all views need to be respected.
More tellingly they didnt say anything about how they were going to to help Trans-Women riders during this time, but I guess there are no medals in it so not really interested. Back to the original title of the thread.

Tbf I dont have a problem with golf up here in this part of Scotland. Its silly cheap to play, the course is well maintained, dog walkers and golfists are pretty chilled and work around each other. The locals all trundle past in their buggys on the way to the course. A world apart from the SE. Anyway we digress!

I genuinely am intrigued with an open mind on this, which why interested to see someone do it who I have followed for a while and whose work I massively respect and speaks for itself. Looking forward to see it happen.
I am not a frame builder, so have no idea if will work, without being noodly. Obvs I have been following it because it suits an application. Stayer have made it work. Bromptons work with a similar arrangement, albeit smaller leverage. Looking forward to see how it turns out. Particularly if applied to a 29er.
Sorry its taken a while to digest this terrible news and pay respects. I met Hayley a few times when she lived in Bracknell. She came over to mine to sort a few bike things several times. The first time was early after the pandemic so we stood out side my garage spannering away wearing masks in clean air. She adored my then staffy pup, and enjoyed chasing her round the garden to retrieve her stolen shoes, so she is a part of that dog. I got to see the legendary Homer bike IRL as well!
I moved to Scotland and Haley to London, but we stayed in touch, chattering away on the messages here. Hayley always gave me stickers. They got everywhere. I saw one on the garage floor up here in Scotland the other day and it made me smile.
