I now have a lovely Fuji Track 08 frame and need to start building up everything else. The main problem I think is going to be getting the transmission right.

Has anyone put a non-standard set of BB, cranks, chainring and freewheel on a Fuji Track? The previous BB and chainring I had were stock, so the chainring was dished...

Had my Fuji Track 09 nicked a few weeks ago, so have been looking to pick up a similar frame.

I now have a Fuji Track 08 frame, forks and seat post so am after all this:

Headset
A BB that fits
Crank
49t chainring
16t freewheel
Thin drop bars - 40cm wide or less
F/R brakes
Crosstop brake levers
Rear wheel to fit the frame, with flip flop hub
DMR V8 pedals or similar

If you have any of these bits and pieces for sale please let me know!

Bike thieving bastards are bastards

This excellent bike was pinched from the yard outside my flat last night at about 11:30. Just got home, parked it up in the yard, and nipped to Londis on Commercial Road, 15 seconds away. I closed the 10 foot iron gate behind me, but it turns out the lock is more than a bit crap and opens pretty easily.

Got back 3 minutes later, bike gone. Helpful cabby who was parked outside said he saw 3 guys go into the yard and come out with it, making off east down Commercial Road. No sign of them though. Police have been informed, but I don't hold out too much hope...

I've posted this on the stolen bikes thread, but I thought I'd put it up here too as this thread was about this bike and it is now, alas, an ex-steed of mine.
