Sorry to hear that, sounds scary, is she all right?
Sadly, I don't think the PCO do anything about complaints that aren't from a customer. If you have details and the time and inclination it would be better to take it up with the police (avoidable collision, leaving the scene of an accident, RLJ sounds pretty dangerous to me). -
Guy Martin & Science - gotta be kiddin me
Bike (trike) was designed by Mike Burrows though http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lotus_108
As Ed says, aero I think.

My FSA BB30 NDS crank fell off on the way home last night! It's quite difficult to put your foot down safely with the crank and pedal attached to it...
Crank and spindle look ok, perhaps the bolt wasn't tight enough (thanks halfords, I really should check these things). I've lost the wave washer. So, recommendations for somewhere to get one plus a relatively inexpensive suitable torque wrench and 10 mm hex please (ideally 1/2" as it'll fit the sockets from my socket set that way). Cranks should be torqued to 38-40 nm.

hangedup in reply to @Doctor_Stupid
about 10 clicks back from tight (this will make more sense when you see it - basically you tighten the burrs all the way then loosen back from there). That's a little coarser than what you'd set for pourover. I'd start with 17g coffee / 250g water. Then the usual adjustments after tasting - if it's weak/sour/thin go a stop or two finer, if it's harsh/bitter take it a stop or two coarser.Excellent, thanks a lot!

Righto, think I want to try an aeropress for work / camping. Where's the best place to buy one >online + a porlex mini, cheersGot one on the way, plus a 'Rhino' grinder which is supposed to be as good or better than the porlex. So.... any tips, coffee recommendations, how fine should I be grinding roughly?

You can get this stuff: http://ravecoffee.co.uk/collections/espresso-coffee/products/the-italian-job-blend for 9.50 a kilo + 2-3 quid shipping, making it cheaper / the same as the supermarket. The bag I got yesterday was roasted the day before.

I don't post on here very often merely read the forums from a distance but felt the need to pipe up on this one.... I've just got back into commuting to work again, London roads scare the shit out of me and I'd slacked off riding for too long. Anyway.... cycling from south to north over the Chelsea Bridge is quite eye opening in the morning, are these lycra clad lot just hooked into Strava or something? I'm happy to pootle along and indicate to move out to the right lane in order to head to Pimlico but it's like a bleeding race track. And don't get me started on the riders filtering between the two lanes in a five hand width space.
On the way home I opt for the left hand pavement, I know the cycle infrastructure over there is shit but there's no way I'm gonna get stuck in a left turning bottle neck to the bridge.
:(
If it's not too out of your way, Albert Bridge is nicer to cycle across (even though there's no cycle lane, the carriageway is reasonably wide and there are width restrictions either end).

Where's good to eat a cheap lunch somewhere between Southwark and Borough? Not the market.
Hope it's not too late, but there are some great places in that area! Hing Loong on borough high-street is nice and used to have a special lunch deal. There's a couple of cheap sandwich shops on the same street that are good value and fast, or if you carry on south of borough past the british school of osteophathy there's a fantastic little italian deli. Ah...thanks. The plot thickens. Apparently last Wednesday I refused the parcel.
This has happened to me in the past (with an amazon order delivered by DPD). When this happens sometimes they send your stuff directly back to the supplier! PM me if you want the email address of someone who dealt with my complaint satisfactorily.

finding a contact detail was not very easy... spoke to some management bod and they're passing it on. I feel less than satisfied with this
How about Neil Berkett, CEO of virgin media? His email address can be found here http://www.ceoemail.com/
Had to contact re service problems after normal customer services were unable to help, received a very quick and helpful reply and followup. Let us know how it goes...
