this happen to me and i found it was my seat, it was hella bent but it was mainly making me go to the left.. it just wobbled cuz i over compensated trying to go streight.. could be ur tire not seated correctly too if it makes a bump..
or like some said ur headset could be loose

my chain was too tight once.. and when i went to haul ass it snapped and i flipped over the bars.. this was in the middle of a crowd, i felt awesome :D
