Advice needed regarding Loctite. So the blue Loctite 243 was applied to the threads between spoke and alu nipples. Turning is hard if not impossible so I don't want to risk rounding the nipples. Is there a way to safely undo the Loctite? I read somewhere about using a soldering iron, just want more opinion first. Thanks!

I like the fact that you didn't mention the finish time.
And a lot of us slower riders believe that the fast people dodged worst of the wind.
On a more serious note, it appears that you didn't eat an awful lot while the power output must be at least double? I weigh 55kg and despite 2 maincourses every control i still needed bananas on the go..

Any silliness would be mine, thought I did that but since you remind me, I think I didn't do it properly. I only grabbed and squeezed 2 crossing spokes, instead of 2 adjacent sets of spokes. And I didn't deliberately bend the spokes where they exit the flange.
I did bend the spokes where they crossed and did the "over and reverse" when turning nipples to reduce spokes twisting.
So should I stress relieve now or lower the tension first?

Apologies if this has been asked before. In short, the wheel I am building goes out of true when inflated with inner tube.
After riding it out of true ~1-2mm laterally for about 15 miles, the wheel didn't change shape. I deflated it and trued it. When inflated to 90psi again it is out of true by a similar amount. I do not have a tesniometer but judging by sound and by feel the tensions do have some variation. The nipples were not too tight to turn, though a bit lube was applied between them and the rim.
It's a DT Swiss RR411 28H on SP PV-8 with Laser spokes. The tyre is a Schwalbe Pro One tubeless 23mm, currently with innertube as I am sealing it after the build. I have built 3 wheels and they were all okay, but those were 32h wheels with thicker spokes.
Should I be worried about different tensions? Should I just be satisfied with a wheel that is true with inflated tyre, or should I remove the tyre and start over? Oh and the ride felt harsh but not lively, any likely factor other than generally too high tension? Cheers

The rust does look too bad. Rubbed off most of it with my finger
