Anyone interested in a Vintage V100 Les Paul copy for £60?
It's cheap because it has a couple of small issues: a small superficial split in the neck near the headstock which I put a bit of glue in, clamped and painted over with nail varnish (I know) a few years ago, with no subsequent problems); one or two loose screws and the odd tiny dent. I took the scratchplate off and can't find it, although I'm sure I have it somewhere. It probably needs new strings too.
Might make a nice gift for someone just starting out...
It can be picked up in Brockley, SE London. -

Has anyone got one of these old Shimano cassettes knocking around? After my rear hub broke, a friend gave me a rear wheel to tide me over while I get a new wheel built up. It has a Shimano 600 FH-6401 hub which I believe takes 7 speed and is uniglide/hyperglide (not familiar with Shimano parts). I don't want to spend very much as it's just a temporary measure, and not too worried about condition. I'm in SE London (Brockley).

I just checked and it looks like it is French sizing. The bottom bracket and headset are smooth with plenty of life, but I understand if the French thing is not for everyone. (For more on the differences see the Sheldon Brown site.) On the other hand, the difficult bits are in place, and it's free! By the way, the almost obliterated letters on the downtube say 'Chardonnet' but I haven't managed to find out much about that.

Old but quite pleasant Bertin frame and forks. It would make a good basis for a beater bike I think.
51 centre to top seat tube, 53 centre to centre top tube, not sure of the tubing, but it's not especially light
Shimano headset and bottom bracket (probably later additions, not by me), also a Shimano 600 front brake
mudguards and rack
Milremo dropouts
Also managed to find a Milremo seatpost that will fit (25.8)I'm in Brockley. Freecycle, but a forum donation would be nice.

Squier (by Fender) Jazz Bass
£100
Selling a jazz bass made by Squier (Fender) in the affinity series, in very good condition. There is the odd tiny blemish, and a small dint on the back (see image). The colour is burgundy mist. The neck is maple and the fretboard is rosewood. It’s an excellent bass for beginners (potentially a good Christmas present for someone!). It’s currently strung with Adagio flatround strings, but I can also include the original roundwounds. Also included is a basic soft bag.
I’m based in Brockley, but could deliver within about 3 miles radius.

Fujifilm x100 (the original one) for sale. SOLD
I think it's generally in pretty good condition—it has a few minor cosmetic scratches, a couple of scrapes on the bottom. (These cameras are quite robust - my wife has the same camera and it's still going strong despite being dropped into a tin of paint.)
Includes: camera in original box, lens cap and a couple of hoods, brown case and strap, a few batteries (not sure if they all work, but at least two do), 16gb memory card - everything to get going.
Might make a good Christmas present for someone.
Looking for £SOLD.
