Hi I've got a old pug fixed gear but want to build a much nicer singlespeed and been looking at the foffa prima frameset. I wanna do it in dark green and as they already come in that colour thought it might be a good frame to build on? Anyone have any experience with them? Do you think I could get a better frame and have it powder coated for less than £239 they charge?

Ok so I've got an old Peugeot which has French threading, want a full chainguard or at least a hockey style one but unfortunately I've got a 52t chainring and can't find anywhere that does them for chainrings that big.
Was gonna just get a smaller chainring but have a 122bcd I believe which can't really find a smaller chainring for. Any of you guys had any luck with modifying guards? Nice ones At velo orange but only up to 48t.

Just wondering if any of you are using wooden bars on your bikes? Saw a bike with what looked like a thick wood dowel as a handlebar the other day and it looked great so thinking of using it for my next build. Could you just use a wooden pole and cut to the right length and sand/stain/weatherproof? I've looked at some online but there £200+ which to me seems insane for a straight piece of wood!

Hi there, my old peurgot frame has just rode it's last day so looking for a new frame. Nothing too expensive but something suitable for a 6 foot guy that I can swap some of my parts onto. If headset/bb are included that would be a plus. Looking to spend around £150 max really. Anyone got any frames laying around that need shifting?? Can pickup from anywhere London.

ok my first post here and i'll start by saying i have searched and i've seen all the combo's people are running but my question is as follows.
have an old Peugeot frame with a wrecked bb so bought a new one and the axle length is 113mm, figured i'd get rid or the cottered cranks since i have to remove them anyway and invest in some new ones but been looking around at cranks and closest fit i found were the stronglight on http://www.velosolo.co.uk/shopcrank.html but says should be used with 115mm...will they be ok with them or does 2mm make a pretty big difference?
