Hello, Im after a pannier that I can nab the fixing hardware off, to affix to a nice old leather satchel to be used as a pannier.

Ideally altura or similar with removable fixings would be great, but what have people got?

Clearing out some old stuff, these have some surface rust and scratches to the clamp area (as can be seen) 350mm wide at the bottom of the drops and 160mm drop, 25.4 clamp. £12 posted.

I think it is, the top is nicely inlaid, very detailed. Not bad for student accomodation.

This is still available, as far as I can tell its a velocity rim, Its certainly the same 30mm depth as a velocity.

Silver Deep V rim laced onto a Surly fix/fix hub. No braking surface, 32 hole, currently set up for 120mm O.L.D. but spacers can be added to accomodate for most things. Will come with tracknuts, 16t 3/32 sprocket and Dura-ace lockring (only fitted a few months ago and seen no use since) Bearings are good, both side threads are good, runs true, one small ding on the rim and a few marks. £60 posted to your door (UK only please)

Some extra info I forgot to put up, the rear wheel is 32 spoke, the front is 36 spoke and the rear sprocket is brand new, never used.

Front wheel is a Miche primato hub (nutted) laced to a Mavic MA-2 rim (braking surface has surface marks but is not worn in anyway) bought of this here classifieds. Runs smooth and true. £40 posted

Rear wheel is a Surly track hub (both side threads are good) laced to a silver deep-v rim (no braking surface) theres one very small ding in the rim and a couple of marks. inludes tracknuts, cheap 16t 3/32 sprocket and Dura-ace lockring. £60 posted.
