For Sale:

54cm LA cycles Lee Cooper 653 frame set, fitted with new Stronglight A9 headset. Just been repainted, finished in a high gloss black 2pk epoxy paint (Klass Kote), immaculate. Beautiful frame and light as a feather.

Bought from mrblue last month with the intention of building up but my situation's changed a bit so regrettably need to move on.

Dims: Comes up as a 54 but exact measurements are:
Seat tube 53 centre to top; top tube 55 centre to centre; stand over height 80 cm / 31.5 inches (with 700c's fitted).

I paid £160 for it, and it's just sat in my room for 4 weeks so looking for that once again please.

Looking for a 54cm steel road frame. Superficial condition not so important, going to be resprayed and built up. Important that it's well built and light.

Would like something quite nice, Columbus or Reynolds - Colnago, Bianchi or Campag built or something of that ilk.

Anyone got anything? £250 approx, could be tempted higher if really nice.

Couple of very nice international ones on ebay at the minute but would like something local.

Selling my trusty Lo-Pro. Had it for 5 years as my one and only bike, never let me down, always thoroughly enjoyed riding it, just time for a change.

It's a 54cm lugged steel frame, don't know the tubing I'm afraid, but it's light. Painted blue, forks yellow.
Full dimensions: Top tube 54cm c/c; seat tube 52 c/c; standing height 88cm; BB height 190mm; rear dropout 130mm

Most people will regard this as a fixer upper or a beater, but I have ridden it as my one and only bike for a long time in 3 cities and have never enjoyed a bike more. It needs a tidy up but the components are solid if unspectacular, and the frame strong. Being sold in perfect riding order.

Sloping top tube, 650cm front wheel. Vertical dropouts, conversion from 70s TT bike. Lovely profile, I adored it first time I saw it and still think it's a very attractive and fast-looking stance. Some scratching, quite heavy on top tube, medium scratching in other places.

Black Mavic Open4CD 650 radial front wheel hand built by Dave Kane from Belfast, on Mavic Hub QR.
Open Pro silver rear wheel also on Mavic hub. Flip flop but I've only ever ridden fixed. 15T cog.

Campag Chorus pedals, which I love. Brown leather straps, some scratches

Sugino GT 170mm cranks, 50T chainring (unsure what brand), halflink chain, has a bit of sagging at the minute, would benefit from a half-link being removed.
Don't know the BB, think it's a Shimano but could be wrong.

ITM Eclypse quill stem 120mm, 26mm clamp.
Nitto RB021 TT bars 38cm, 26mm
Really nice Paul E-lever black front brake, the ones with the Heart, Club, Spade, Diamonds embossing.
Shimano front brake.
I'm afraid I don't know the headset.

Saddle's a spoon.
Seatpin's a seatpin.

Firstly, an unpainted steel frame, 52cm, (EDIT:) vertical dropout frame and forks, perfect for Spring build. Was blasted before I bought it, I had intended to build-up over Winter but have since bought another frame, hence this clearout. Some signs of discolouration, mostly superficial I think, due to it being unpainted for a short time. Also a leccie tape shim on the forks. SOLD

Lake Clipless shoes, size 9, Medium usage, not by me. And SPDs of some sort, no idea the make and model to be honest. Bought for £30 for both I think, only used them for a week, so would like same again for them but would take £20.

Also wanted: Black quill stem, 25.4mm. Short with a steep angle preferred

Ok, items needed for winter project for frame bought on ebay last night.

I'm after second hand parts, don't need to be particularly great condition:

Track drops, pref 36cm or narrower, black

165mm Crankset, 46t, 48t or 50t ring , black

700c Wheelset, don't need to be anything special, Open Pros or similar. not deep section rims though. black again pref.

Saddle, maybe a medium condition black Rolls would be nice.

Some bog standard pedals, clips and straps.

My intention is for this to probably be a pub bike, so I'll consider most things as long as there's a few hundred miles left in them.
