The steel frames are made in Italy by a builder called Bonetti: http://www.telaibonetti.it
And the aluminium frames are made by Visual (who used to make Willier's and still makes some of their carbon test models): http://www.visual-bike.com/
I can't remember who made their carbon frames but it's also based in Northern Italy. All are very good experienced frame builders.
