Benny sees this as his life goal…he’s totally oblivious to goading, barking and general dick behaviour, but if I am out with my sister and her older Lab. Then he takes it upon himself to act as the chaperone / bouncer to any other dog that act aggressively towards her Lab. same thing with my mates Greyhound, we were in Salcombe with my sister and a larger black lab (full male) was off the lead and bothering my sisters elderly Lab. Benny steamed in and just stood between the two of them, fronting down the black lab…eventually after just a stare down it turned around and walked off. If we were on our own, I am pretty sure he would not have even noticed the other dog.

We’ve had ours for about 4 years now…the new water softener kit seems to last longer.
Bear in mind that filters for the Cube last about 6-9 months and are about £80 to replace. CO2 cans are £70 for 4 and 4 will last us 9-12 months. The water softener filter will need to be replaced between 12-18m and is I think £90. Also worth doing a service and descale yourself with the service kits you buy from Quooker.
All in, it’s a great bit of kit, but not without on going costs.

Off work for the next week, so have had a bit of a rummage through the basement before 1/2 term next week.
Wheels
I used the below as a set that came on a Serotta I bought to do my track license @ Stratford
Front - Campag Record Pista on Campag Omega Tub rim ( 32h) radial laced, with an old Conti Sprinter, flat blade spokes - One of the spokes has a slight kink near to the flange....not sure if this is from storage or from when I was using them
Rear - Campag Record Pista on Campag Omega Strada Hardox Clincher (32h) Cross Laced, with a Conti supersonic clincher, flat blade spokes, £90 (will split £50 rear, £40 front)DA7700 Hubs, 9speed - Ambrosio Nemesis La reine du nord rims...(tubs). 32h, front is laced radially and rear is cross on drive and radial non drive. Cont Gatorskin tub on rear and Victoria Cross CR on the front (not glued)...No skewers £100
Other Stuff
Carradice Bag, a bit grubby but functional...surface rust on the rivets and the nylon is a bit frayed. Un-Used for almost 6 years now..ohh one of the straps at the front could do with some re-stitching £Sold
Rapha Messenger Bag....fits a laptop plus other paraphernalia, rain cover unused. The waist band clip broke so I used a zip tie to re-attach....works fine £20
TRP CX8.4 - bought as a pair from @Giubis as I needed 1 for my Brooklyn. Would suit a left hand brake as the noodle / clamp is on that side. £30
Black alloy forks - 1" and the steerer is cut to 7.5", has braze ons for guards. There is a star nut in the steerer.
£25
Collection from Sidcup for the wheels (or could meet up next week)
Can post the other stuff.

Yes Bora…and ours was installed in 2019 so it’s not a new thing.
Under the induction hole sits a metal basket with a solid plastic bottom and a 2 cm lip that catches the liquid. It’s also recessed in the cavity….needless to say in the past 5 years this exact thing has happened many times.
Ohh and from the cut out we also got given a nice chopping board….i guess we paid for it

I have a 45 Pirelli Cinturato on the front and a 42 on the back of my v1, but I had to shave the blocks off the sides of the rear to
Make it fit…..just
