Thanks for the kind words, but the laurels must go to Ludd.
Organising and chaperoning such a well attended ride with a quiet, easy charm, and a gracious pint proffered when I arrived with my rear guard platoon.
A cracking day out, thanks everyone for your humour and company.
Oh, and thanks Bernie for sorting out that golden-toothed bully in a chav-mobile in Walthamstow, in such a civilized way.
Nice to meet so many nice people today. -

Sorry to be a pain but I am trying to download the route for my Garmin and can't.
I have a Chromebook and Garmin Connect isn't supported (yawn) so I can't connect my Garmin and download it straight on.
I also can't seem to find an option to download to my computer so that I can upload manually onto Garmin. Has someone got the route in GPX/TCX format that they could email to me. Or post a link to here?
Much appreciated...Does this link work for you? http://connect.garmin.com/proxy/activity-service-1.1/tcx/activity/244684282?full=true

Not sure if its the right place to ask, but does anyone know if the cycle lanes along the high street in Stratford and Mile end road are gritted / safe to ride on a bike?
