Go on, treat yourself. Just down the road from me too if that "helps". Mine is a 2010 LCI business edition, 150k miles and full service history. Was up for £4,650 but paid £4,200.

First diesel and BMW for me but did the 100+ miles home without any issues. Had Classic FM on, feeling every bit the high flying businessman from 2010.
I mean this in the nicest way, but it drove like a taxi. Reminded me of an airport transfer in Europe where the roads are smooth, the car is normally German and inside it's roomy with that muted sound of decent build quality. Didn't go on many B roads, but felt surprisingly composed when driving briskly.

If you find him let me know the username I'd love to see some other photos.
Found him. If he's not on your radar, haxchmoto on Insta is also worth a look.

Took the work Trooper to an offroad quarry today. For £25 you can drive around all day and get into lots of trouble. At first I was scared things would go wrong, then realised that was the fun bit. Didn't get stuck but the car popped the front driveshafts which we sorted. Nice to see cheap motoring thrills do still exist.

Very kind. Touch m-sport door sills it seems good, but obviously early days. My wife drove it at lunch and she approves, so it's staying. Well done dodging a bullet with the lemon. If you can find a dealer local they might let you test drive a 5 series for comparison?
