PayPal wont do anything because I organized a pick-up instead of posting it (so no proof of shipping) so they don't believe I've lost the item.

That same guy who **ebenzo **posted about with temporary blindness (which apparently he STILL has) tells me a boat party he has organized for 150 people may have to be canceled due to the swine flu pandemic. And apparently, the government sent him a letter saying there was a chance of cancellation.

Is that even possible?!

Can I just advise you NEVER to organize a pick-up cos you don't get covered by eBay that way.

Some guy offered £350 and put it in my PayPal (ike it was acccctually there!) so I agreed to do a pick up later that night.
Next day, get an email from PayPal saying the guy's account was hacked and I lose the £350 and the phone!
