I was watching a bit of the Judo last night and the officials/stewards appeared to be removing national flags from the winners if they were given them from the crowd when celebrating. I have not watched any other sports and wondered if this is policy across the games?

I had not heard of the route until reading a sign in a car park in Bude, Cornwall last week which had a bit of information about the routes. It also mentioned the Velodyssee which also looks good.

Hes done a very impressive ride. LW teamed up from day 3, I guess riding on your own, making all the route decisions, stop decisions etc can wear you down. From his profile he lives in Greece so doing all that on alien roads can not have been easy.
I find it easier to accept a few route errors if they are genuine mistakes, but deliberatly pairing up if you are in contention is against the spirit of the ride

Looking for a rechargeable front light that I can use for commute (1hr) and occasional through the night ride. I know you can piggy back a battery on some of the Exposure lights but they are out of my price range. Are there any other options that allow charging whilst working?
Or should I look at an ebay usb light unit with a couple of different sized power banks?
