No problem mate, I'm more than happy for someone to tell me if i've got it wrong.
The cloth is glued the majority of the way round the bottom. What would i be looking for on the underside of the material to define whether it be plastic or leather?
Thanks for the heads up again, as i don't want to be screwing anyone over.

Another one of those things taking up space when i'm never gonna have a use for it!
Got no real idea on price, but it is a very nice seat, in which i believed to be real leather (well it smelt like it anyway), but is apprarently faux. It's brand new and only taken out of the bag for the pics.
So offers around the £40 posted mark?
Very classy!

Quality over quantity. You didn't break the rules but you hardly followed the spirit of them. If you had broken the rules you wouldn't be on the site.
Let's try a test:
1) Is the saddle for sale on eBay?If you have answered Yes to any of the above questions, you broke the classifieds rule.
I notice that the eBay item has been pulled... so if you NOW wanted to post in classifieds you'd be fine.
We have so few rules it's surprising you're being tripped up by them.
Ok, fairplay, misunderstanding on my part! I just thought the rules stipulated no 'linking' to Ebay. But i now comprehend that the items for sale on here may not be offered up on ebay/similar.
I removed the ebay listing because it has now been sold to a member on here for £20 less than i had it on Ebay for.
I spose it's a bit of a learning curve as i use other forums with different rules, but i'm sure i'll get it! lol

Hmm, yes, it's true.
However you were advised not to post classified threads containing things you're selling on eBay. You were pointed to the rules that clearly state that if you're selling something on eBay then it's not for sale on here.
So that's why your threads were being deleted, you continue to ignore the classifieds rule.
And hey, we're being nice... you were told quite politely that this was the case. I don't need to PM you when you know what you've done.
To be honest, I'm being exceptionally nice. You also broke the nursery rule yesterday and similarly someone told you that this was the case. That you weren't deleted then is good going, most people don't survive that but I was in a good mood at the time.
You've been a very naughty boy, now don't do it again.
Hmm, can't say i entirely agree.
I fail to see how i broke the nursery rules?
I was a member for 24 hours, posted three times. Isn't that the rules?
Then i was told the 'content' of my posts was not really sufficient, so i attempted to post something more in depth to which i got nothing but a sarcastic reply.
Ok, hands up i broke the classfieds rule by posting a link to Ebay, completely my fault, just didn't read the rules properly.
So i started a new thread with no link to Ebay just purely selling on here. I fail to see where in the second classified thread i broke the rules?
I was actually offering the item cheaper to forum members than what i had it on ebay.
I feel there may be some BMX prejudice going on. I came on to this site to learn about FG and related, but all i have come across so far is sarcastic replies and un-needed thread deletion.

I edited it because there really is no point being an arsehole.
But if you tried looking, you might find other threads on this already...http://www.londonfgss.com/thread16868.html springs to mind
I did find some of the other threads, but i felt i needed a way to strike up a topic and the FG, BMX crossover i feel like i could at least contribute! lol

Right, being BMX more than FG, as it stands, it interested me when a BMX company, Subrosa, released a FG.
TBH, they got slated amongst the BMX community, but i was wondering how it was recieved amongst you lot?
Is it a good bike? Is the design widely appreciated? What dya reckon?
p.s. I nicked the image from one of the bmx forums i frequent.

Ah, but what about the quality of your posts? Quantity isn't everything you know.
Hmm, i've heard that somewhere before!!
Ah yes, the missus! lol
I can go 20 times a night, but i'm absolutely rubbish!! lol
'Tis a fair point though! Maybe i rushed in a bit.
Ok i'll start with a question, that i can relate to something I know about, and hence make it more relevant to myself!
I can tell you that the BMX craze started in the early 70's (although this is debateable), and most would say in the US.
But, where and when did the FG craze start?? Has it been around for ages and just comes and goes in fits and bursts? (simlar to BMX) Or is it a relatively new thing?

Stop being silly. Please read the first post on this very thread. It can be found on page 1 and is also numbered 1.
I don't think i was being silly, i've been a member for more than 24 hours, i've posted 3 times, so, in theory, i'm now fully fledged??
I'm not here to cause havoc in any way, just interested to see what it's all about.
