There’s a cheap flat in town, former commercial converted to residential in 2001. Neighbouring unit still a commercial office. If I wanted to buy this flat, convert the downstairs back into a shop (office for my company) and have the upstairs as an overflow space for meetings/Airbnb at weekends(sub 90 nights/year), would what I need to worry about?

Continuity camera probably the best option? As a built-in, my Studio Display camera is dire but so is my face so I’m not too fussed, the low quality is doing whoever I’m talking to a favour.

I'm in Somerset, our share library recently closed due to landlords being landlords :( I've got a call out on the local creative network for a loaner, but I'm happy to buy one as it's the kind of thing that's handy to have around the studio for mocking up 1:1 scale large format stuff in the future.

I'm attempting a projection mapping thing for project at a venue, and to avoid humiliating failure on-site need to get a projector to test/develop with at my studio. No sound requirements, just picture. What do I buy?

You can also get metal inserts for the hole to protect the plaster from the light destroying everything if you want to be super tidy. Bought a load in my last place but alas can’t remember the name. They have a split in them so you can twist/feed them in from below.

Our neighbours did exactly this with their dormer this in Catford (but without the PWA and got the steels in before I realised what was going on, LOL!). Lewisham Council said enforcement was a civil matter and left me to it. I was unimpressed.

There was a recall on the rear hubs at some point too, not that I've had anyone look at mine because it just hangs on the wall. If you're ever in the vicinity of a Zipp dealer maybe have them look at it just to be safe (assuming you get a tyre on the thing to actually ride it!).

Scratch that, the recall is just for the front hub which you don't have! Bullet dodged!

Not directly related to the problem I think you've got a model/year mismatch between front and rear; rear matches my ~2011s in anodising and the aero pinch section, the carbon-faced hub is an older model. Mine are tubs though can't comment to tyre trickiness, sorry. I had some similar-era HEDs that were genuinely impossible to get a tyre on was well.

There's a Brompton in the (surprisingly reasonable, considering you're basically sitting in it) boot in that photo! Someone on the Z4 forum managed to get a cyclocross bike (size small, seat post removed) in there (and here's a post with a 58cm road bike), otherwise it's a seasucker on the roof.

is the interior any different between the coupes and the convertibles? apart from having a roof over it, obviously, and missing a button in front of the ash tray. I'd assumed they were largely identical internally.
