This would build into the perfect winter bike for someone looking to get off the salty roads!
It's my Redline Monocog single speed 29er MTB frame and fork.
Aside from the cable rub and usual scratches here and there, the frame is brilliant.
The steerer is still long, there's a big spacer in there, so there's plenty of room for adjusting the size. Size is medium, would suit between 5' 8" - 6' 0"
Included is an On-One stem, Titec bars and an FSA headset.
I'm asking £150 but might be interested in a trade for a decent front light or FAHG.
Cheers!

Cool seatstay with that extra bolt.. The stays on mine are just bonded in the lug, but that's a later model form '87 I think.. Good luck, it's in very nice nick!
Thanks for the compliments. As said before, this is an Alan Super, made in conjunction with the famous French bicycle manufacturer Gitane; for the French market, between 1974 and 1976. I have this confirmed from Alan themselves.
Still for sale!

Have decided to sell my 'beater' as it's no longer being used.
It's a single speed conversion, but will come with a bag of bits to put it back to it's former geared self; front & rear mechs, shifers etc... Should you so wish.
It had a new stem, handlebars and stem converter, new cables, new pads, a new chain and new bar tape fitted 2 months ago and has been ridden maybe 100 miles since.
It is by no means a looker, and could do with having someone go over it and tighten up the cones etc but is perfectly rideable and got me to and from work when my other bikes were out of action.
I think £50 is fair? Located in central Cov.
Cheers!

For sale is my Stronglight 105 ter crank, 52/42, in excellent lightly used condition. Has some marks etc, but I've actually never ridden this chain set. It was bought for the ALAN project that is now on permanent hiatus.
Please see pics for condition.
Often touted as one of the nicest cranks around, if you can find one that is!
Asking £40 with postage £7 in the UK. Anywhere else, PM me for info.
Cheers!

The project has changed and as such the frame set is for sale, it pains me to say.
As confirmed in an email from Alberto Falconi at ALAN in March this year, this is an Alan Super, made in conjunction with the famous French bicycle manufacturer Gitane; for the French market, between 1974 and 1976.
The condition is brilliant with the original head tube engraving in great condition. The pics below show this.
Pretty rare to find a GITANE stamped ALAN apparently, well, it's the first I've seen in years of owning and riding ALAN's. This bike will build into a fantastic looking bike and the feel of these frames is simply superb.
Asking just £150, with the seat post and headset included.
I have a bike box and can post, costs about £15. If you're outside the UK just PM me for info.
Oh,126 spacing, size 53x54, frame, fork, headset (brand new 105), seat post (brand new un-named).
(I have a Stronglight 105 ter crank for sale too btw, PM me or see other listings for info)
Cheers!

Peugeot Grand Prix for sale, would suit someone between 5 5" and 5 9".
All original condition and looking great. There are a few minor spots to the paintwork but overall and for its age its in great condition and gets lots of compliments.
The bike has recently had a full service which included a new bottom bracket and tune up and is riding perfectly.
I'm moving and simply don't have the storage space so it has to go. I will regret this I'm sure.
My loss is your gain! I'm looking for £150 and the bike is currently in Leamington Spa, but can be delivered In Coventry if needed, or posted at cost.
Cheers
PS: The reflectors have since been removed and the bars are now properly taped. The scuff on the saddle looks far worse in the pictures than it does in person, by the way
