no "overlap" at 4cross?

over, over, over, under would be much more easier to build...much spoke bending to get under, under, under, over....

it may be stronger, but not sure about that....and not sure if 4 cross is possible...i did my 48H wheel at 3cross. its strong. shorter spokes, lighter...go for 3cross. (lets see what others say)

even if front and rear hub are a bit diffrent (center to flange) it should be the same spoke lenght.
to be on the safe side you can order 287mm spokes for 4cross front. / but i dont think you need...

i use more than one spoke for that, normaly 8 for a 32H wheel. feels faster.

not sure what a barspin means here
in bmx there are some variations

barspin (both wheels in the air)
barturn (front wheel in the air)
manual barspin (manual barturn would make sense...)
...
and my favorite, "barspin" or whatever: both wheels on ground

you already checked the frame if a 32er tire would fit? i dont think so!

i live on my bmx for 16 years now.

sure the tricks are harder to pull on the big bike ;)
(dont talk about trackstand or riding backwards, thats easier with a fixed hub)

hey james, do you have a demolition crank on your cutter?
did you cut the spindle? looks like it will be very wide on the cutter even with spindle cut to maximum.
any idea for a shorter spindle?
