Ya it was, I noted the changes made from when I bought it until today in the ad. I thought I made that clear, anyway all offers considered.

This bike was bought from a friend on the forum earlier this year. As I'm moving back to Canada (unfortunately) I have to sell my bike that I have come to love. She's a real looker, imo. Lightly ridden for the past few months to and from uni (<1 mile roundtrip).

Specs are listed below. Note that a few modifications have been made that are not shown in the pictures, notably:

• Bike is currently running SS freewheel, but is setup flipflop - rear hub now has fixed and SS cogs (in picture only 1 cog is on)
  
• One small decal from top bar on frame has been removed

Very lightly used OnGuard Brute LS 5000 X4 u-lock, bought a couple of months ago. Original packaging and all keys included.

Looking for 25 pounds. Great deal considering it is in perfect condition and I bought it for a bit more a couple of months ago. I can meet up in central London, prefer a pickup from EC1, close to Farringdon.

I'm moving back to Canada and unfortunately this is too heavy for me to pack.

The magic of Glastonbury is beyond the headliners imo, look at someone like Peaches for example doing up one of the dance stages. She is one of those gems you're not going to find at the smaller shows. Someone also mentioned Easy Star All Stars - playing one set at main stage, and another at the dance hole, that's going to be epic.

And the list goes on...I'm going and it's my first time at a British festy, and I'm sure it will be a great time. Although I have to say Sars-stock in Toronto was one of the best shows I've ever been to, I doubt Glastonbury will top it.

If you want to get accurate search results within a thread without the "hassle" of doing an initial search and then a thread search, go to advanced search and choose "show results as posts" instead of as threads. I've found that to be a lot more accurate in terms of finding stuff without having to wade through thousands of posts within a thread.

Just a sketchy ad that looked suspicious to me, seller said he got the gears tightened but it's ss/fixed. There is a little chain tensioner there though maybe that's what got tuned up.

Otherwise, no mention of the 12 spoke wheels or anything else unique really even though it is a pretty unique build.

What do people think of this? Too pricey to take down as an extra summer bike to get around the city on? I'm not an expert by any means, so I'm putting it to the forum.

Seller has no info on frame, said "it might be a Raleigh or a Peugeot, possibly 531 or carbolite tubing" and general lack of info on other components. PLus the fact that it's referred to as a "cafe" bike in the title kind of pisses me off, what is a cafe bike anyway...otherwise what's the public's general opinion on price/anything else?

Saw Star Trek this week, enjoyed it a lot - even tho am not a trekie at all.
